is there a way to play the game with english text but voice in another language?
How do i do that?

I haven't done this, but you could try going to C:\Users\user\Documents\The Witcher 3
open user.settings with notepad.
Near the top under [Localization] change SpeechLanguage=EN to whatever language you want, and save the changes.

yeah ever since putting the game on a new hdd, it wont let me change the game audio. downloaded the extras and everything. also, for some reason japanese isn't in the extras
