ponczo_: Hey, can you send us a screenshot that illustrates the issue? And describe it in more detail?
Hi Frank_Joji and ponczo_.
The "server error" message, while trying to download a game from GOG Galaxy (and maybe as well from GOG.com via a browser), occurs (among other cases as well, I guess) when the PC is connected to two (2) separate Internet connections, simultaneously. Maybe two Internet cable connections, or a cable and a Wi-Fi connection, or even two Wi-Fi connections, active at the same time.
Instead of Galaxy using both connections for increased/boosted bandwidth, it shuts down data traffic from both.
Ponczo_, you might want to take a look at this issue.
Frank_Joji, if the above applies to your case, then try downloading from GOG.com (via any browser), utilizing the bandwidth of only one (1), of your Internet connections, while disabling the other.
Cheers.
