Good evening everyone, sorry for my 2 questions which may be ridiculous.
1 / I bought this game from Gog (game of the year edition) and I wanted to know if the game contains the 2 DLC Heart of stone and Blood and wine?
2 / While browsing the net, I saw that it talks about interesting mods (I play on PC) but I don't want mods to cheat or to be stronger, are there any? And how does it work for them? use?
Sorry I'm not very good at computers.

The first one: Yes the GOG GOTY edition includes all the DLC's.
On mods, just go here https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3 And pick the ones you want.
Most you just drop in the mods folder in the games root directory. (If it's not there, just make one. See Pic)
If you need to do more than that, it will tell you on the mods install instructions.
If you use mods that edit the same files, you will need script merger https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/484

Your screen shot leaves out the important part.
"This mod does not have any known dependencies other than the base game"
The list underneath (that you showed) are other mods that either require, or recommend The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project, but The Witcher 3 HD Reworked Project doesn't require or recommend them.

I have never used Vortex, so I can't help you there.
Plus I think Google Translate is letting us down a bit here.
And your pics just show as, 404 "can't be found".
