Last night i finished the main story got the best ending. now i have a save right before the last quest and a save in the post game world. what save should i use to go back and play the DLCs, does completing Blood and wine chnage the ending for the maingame at all?

After the ending , just go to the quests from DLCs, the "right" path it is maingame>HoS>BaW.

The expansions can be played during the main game. The only requirements are levels (30 + 35). Find them on notice boards. Neither alter the main story ending.
