Hi all!
So, yesterday I wanted to enable the console on TW3 by adding "DBGConsoleOn=true" in my general.ini file, but that didn't work.
Next I tried using a mod, but unfortunately that didn't work either.
I tried clicking basically all the 'special' keys (f.e. '@', '§' or ' ² ' or ' ù ') but none opens the console.
I'm using an AZERTY keyboard and I live in Belgium.
Can anyone help me? :(((

Not working for me with the UK version either with QWERTY keyboard..

Try to: hold Shift and press Alt to switch region keyboard.
Press tilde (ù on azerty)

Hi there, UK keyboard here, its the apostrophe key not tilde for us as of writing this. So press shift and @ to get the apostrophe to open the console command.

This sucks because we need the apostrophe to do a lot of commands

On my French Azerty keyboard, the console command is mapped to the "ù" key, third row down and two keys to to the left from the Return key
