Apologies if this has already been asked and answered, I just found out this forum exists.

With the Expansion coming next year I was wondering if it would take place after the main game? Or will it take place during the main game time frame? I.E Like the Enhanced edition that added quests during chapter 3(4?)

Reason I'd like to know is I dislike re-playing story intense games multiple times. So I want to get the full experience at the get go.

Unfortunately I don't have the answer to the main question, but... It's true for the second adventure. The first one is coming in October this year. Oh, come one. Are you going to wait for one year to play TW3? Besides this game is worth re-playing it a couple of times in my opinion.

I look at it this way. My computer can handle the game now but if I have to wait a year My computer will be upgraded and for less cash. So I'll get to play on the top settings.
I was able to play the Witcher 2 twice because the paths differed enough to keep the story interesting. Aslong as the 3 is like that I can play it again. But with Mass Effect No matter what you choose the game was pretty much the same.
