I wanted to play witcher 3 after a long break. First i got screen lags when fps was stable 60, solved this with turning off overlay on gog. Then i noticed fps drops so i changed settings from High/mid to mid, but that didn't worked. Even on lowest settings have same problem, they drops to 40-50. I realized that this happens mainly in fights and when game is showing effects like fire, explosions, ghosts, using witcher sense etc.

My spec:
Win 10
i5 6600
rx 570 4gb
16(2x8) ddr4 2133mhz
Full HD resolution

Hi eniu200.

Can you check if your GPU has the "power efficiency" and "chill" options set to "on"? If so, please disable them.
Let me know if this solves your issue.

Cheers.
