Hi. I bought The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt GOTY last week and I can't install the Free DLC program, with new armors and quests.
I've downloaded Free DLC insallation pack and I try to install it, then a message appears "You need to have the base game".

Is anyone getting this message?

You don't need the separate DLCs. Everything W3 is included in the GOTY version.
