While I'm appreciate of the promotional offer to give a free copy of the Witcher 3 on GoG because of my console purchase, why aren't you giving the expansions as well? You're already giving GoT those expansions for free and we paid more buying them seperately...so what gives?

Obvious the purpose of this is to get us to use GoG 2.0, but all you're doing is guaranteeing I won't be playing it on your platform. Why would I play without all the content I already purchased? I'm certainly not going to purchase it again.

I bought base W3 on PS4 either, and the two DLC seperately before GOTY version was released. Receiving base instead GOTY it's pretty unfair I think ;/

This is pretty dumb, I get that its a promotion most companies don't do but come on. If you want people to use you new gog galaxy thing then don't punish people who owned all the DLC before the GOTY edition came out, I still bought it. Guess I can uninstall galaxy now. Sucks because I have sold my ps4 since then and now play on PC only, was looking foward to playing Witcher 3 again guess not.

I bought basic W3 + all expansions (paid and free) on PS4 before GOTY was released,and get on GOG Galaxy basic game.
It's unfair for fans who supported game and company from the beginning,it's like being punished for buying game too early...
I know its free copy,but CDPR dont punish loyal fans...

Yeah its utter BS. If you bought it using the epic coupon in the last fortnight and paid next to nothing you get the GOTY editiion.

If you borrowed your friends XB1 or ps4 disc and didnt even pay for it you get the GOTY edition on gog.

But if you paid full price at every step when content was released (in my case on ps4), then you are shit out of luck. They discussed it before releasing this promotion as per the FAQ and obviously screwing over the exact player base that is most profitable was not a concern.

Steam applied the GOTY purchases as base game and all expansions and now GOG galaxy is going to honor that. What is the difference. I have base game and expansions on ps4. Why not revisit this stance and honor those purchase as GOTY.

It could be done as manual adjustments by customer service at Gog in the following way. You need Gog galaxy redemption in the period + a further week period to submit CS tickets. Then only those purchasers who can provide screenshot proof, were eligible in the timeframe, and felt aggrieved by the decision would need customer service manual adjustments.

letting us claim the expansions must be hard, you know like rocket science
