I have The Witcher 3 game (not GOTY version, just plain The Witcher 3) with DLCs - then it was upgraded to GOTY version, but never run on my own, since I just didn't want to. Now, I want to install an update 4.0 but it requires GOTY. Then pointed to a folder with game files (GOG), installer downloaded all missing files and 4.0 update afterwards. Game do not want to run, error shows that "The Witcher crashed" (report had been sent). I successfully run the game from .exe file, but I do not have any sounds and NPC interactions are activated after couple second delay. My 2 year old PC meet all of the requirements, drivers are up to date. What should I do?
