so i bought witcher 3 back in 2015-2016 i think. i logged something like 130 hours into it. just got done watching the series and went back to play the game. its gone. 130 hours gone. it shows that i have 130 hours in gog but not a single game has more than 6 min logged. witcher 3 is no longer in my library along with witcher 2. if i select the game it tells me to buy it. when i try to launch it, it says unauthorized. i still own the expansion pass because it says its installed but will not let me open witcher 3. any ideas on how to rectify this situation would be greatlyl appreciated
I posted this less than a day ago in another thread in this subforum:
Instant Gaming is a key reseller site. GOG.com has no official key resellers.

Go to https://www.gog.com/account and check if the game is in your library.
If the game is not in your libary, it was most likely removed because the key you bought was purchased with a stolen creditcard.
Contact GOG and/or Instant Gaming and next time buy keys only from legitimate sources.
Obviously this goes for other key reseller sites too.

If it is still installed on your computer, then you can still start it without Galaxy directly from the installation folder. There will not be any authorization check.

If it was uninstalled and you do not have a backup, then bad luck.

In order to clarify the situation why the game was removed, you can still contact GOG support. Maybe it was a mistake on their side.
