Hi, I have problem with quest Get Junior. When I almost finish the quest there is one thing to do left: to talk to Dijkstra about relations of Junior with Redanian people. I cannot not meet Dijkstra at his house. Door to room where he should be are closed. What should I do? is it some kind of error in the game?

Edited. Found it. Dijkstra is in his office/library in Bathhouse, not exactly where the marker shows, but near this location.
