I used the gog down-loader instead of gog galaxy and it downloaded 21 or 22 gigs and my installed game file says 24.5gb. Yet the system requirements say 35 gigs for the game. So is the gog down-loader incorrect? Or am I going to have to DL 10 gigs on may 19th?

Looks fine to me, I got the same results. The difference is I got ready-to-play game via Galaxy.

System requirements also say recommended graphics "Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 770". Do you believe you will get Ultra 1080p 60fps with 770? 10 extra Gigs are for dynamic data storage during gameplay or future DLC probably, not sure though.
