Hi I have gtx 760 4GB and I see in rendering file this "TextureMemoryBudget=500" if I increase this value I give more memory to the game?

If you're on High Texture Quality you might as well just go Ultra in game settings menu, that will raise the budget-value to 800 :) Don't think Ultra does much more than that anyway..

Edit: and yes, that value increases texture memory size ^^
