I finish the main story and the game told me there is ng+ but i cant see it

At the main menu select new game.
On the next screen is the New Game + (see pic) click on that.
Then select a save you made after completing the main story.

I cant found new game +

Is it not on the screen after you choose New Game?
Did you save the game after it told you it was eligible for NG+ ?

yes i save the game, and see alot of videos on youtube, but new game + downot appear in the list

i download cracked version and its appear on cracked version!!!
but why its not appear on purchase ??
