OK, bought the game and in an attempt to download it says "no game found" and sits there. Anyone else experiencing this problem? does this mean "no game found on their site or no game found on my pc or what?

OK, installed gog, purchused game, when I attempt to download it I receive a message stating "no game found". An icon indicating downloading continues to go round and round but does not download.
I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem and maybe we could come up with a solution.
