Depends on which country it's bought in. Though if you buy it from GOG.com it will be uncensored no matter what.

Thank you guys for your replies! I bought mine from humble and redeemed it on GOG. And it wasn`t censored! was able to Fuck Keira and can see corpse`s innards and all, mine is confirmed uncensored version! Im damn glad lol
Im fron Japan btw, the game doesnt have a japanese audio, just subtitles.
