I imagine this question has been asked before but I couldn't find an answer. And GOG support does not want to take my request, it does not correspond to a problem to open a ticket.
In 2020 I started playing game and I had finished almost everything at 100%, when I got tired of playing I launched a new game + and I stopped the game, since then I have changed from PC, and I recovered backups thanks to the GOG cloud, however the oldest date of end 2021, would there be a solution to re-import them from the Cloud without fighting for months with support please?
