I have low fps ingame, not sure why. Please help me out. I have ingame everything on low and running on 1080p.
My fps are 40-55 but most of the time below 55.
I can not believe a GTX 770 can handle the game in maxed out. They recommend a GTX 770.

My whole system specs is visible in my profile. All drivers are up to date

SORRY, problem is on my side. At that times i turn down the gpu power limit to the lowest available and i forgot it its set to low. Now all good thanks.

How do you do that? Turn down the GPU power limit

I use MSI Afterburner tool
