Hi guys, I'm revisiting The Witcher 3 to play through the DLCs and I've decided to mess around with settings, targetting 30fps rather than 60 to see what I can get out of it, for that reason I enabled motion blur which to my surprise isn't doing anything at all, any ideas on how to get it working?

FX8350 @4.5ghz
8GB DDR3 @1600mhz
GTX 770 @1228 Boost

The attached screenshot shows me spinning the camera with a controller analog stick at full speed and no motion blur.
