I tried searching first with '1.31' and '1.32' then with patch added in, then version, and got nothing.

First time player of W3 but always play games with mods when available.
So while hunting mods for my first W3 game I read v1.32 breaks many mods and people are downgrading.
One mod '1.32 to 1.31 Patch' says the only changes are adding Chinese language in v1.32.

So what's going on, is patch v1.32 only language files added or are there important fixes?
Even if it's just a link or CDP recommendations or official position.

That is the only difference, if you don't want or need Chinese, then you don't need v1.32

I know a lot of game patches will often only list a few things changed, especially when talking about engine or performance changes.
