I have a physical copy of the game and have played it for quite a few hours, (although, not too much because I still haven't beat the first two,) but after a recent GOG update it won't let me play it. When I go to the page, the "Play" button won't turn green and it will say, "Updating. Checking File List." After It's done doing that it will say, "Checking Local Files" with a percentage then give the error "Not Authorized."
When I try to use the "Connect Now" button, it tells me to put in the CD key. But I've looked through all of the things it came with (I got the collectors addition" and there's not a Cd Key to be found anywhere.
If anybody has a solution or any idea to what's going on, I would greatly appreciate it.

For reasons of clarification: You don't have a product key on the backside of the manual?

If so, then contact the support.
