Since update 1.06 I have the problem, that NPCs sometimes appear out of nowhere when I stand right in front of them. They suddenly "pop in". I had not this problem in the previos versions. It appeard with the update 1.06. I did not change any of my settings or installed new mods etc. Anyone else has this problem or knows a solution? Because this is very annoying.

This is not 1.06 specific. It has been happening since at least 1.04.

I only started noticing this happening in the 1.05 patch, but could have been earlier. Point being that the previous post is correct in that this is not specific to 1.06

I see. Well I only noticed it since the last patch (1.06). I really hope, this will be fixed soon!

I've seen it happening as far back as 1.01.

They made some config changes in 1.04 to imporve performance. Unless you're willing to go back and find the pre 1.04 configs that didnt have this massive popin issue.. well good for you. (if you go digging that is)
