I'm slowly descending into madness, as counting trophies in Witcher 3.
I have 78 achievements, yet on both gog.com and in gog galaxy it's shown as 98% of all trophies.
What trophy I'm missing?
Also, is there a way to show the name of achievements in polish?

Are you saying the percentage isn't showing 100% even after getting all achievements?

Can you list all the achievements you have unlocked?
I have the GOTY as well but the achievements say 100% as they should.

Welp, guess it's some bug in profile data and I have to live with that... at least on my PSN it's 100% ;).

Apologies for bumping an old thread. Just like to point out I've had the same issue 2 days ago after getting the last achievement. So I guess it's still an issue. Nothing major luckily :)

Same here. I got my last achievement yesterday, yet on my profile it says 98% (and in Galaxy 99%). However, my activity feed shows I got 100% completion. It´s not a big deal but it would be nice for this to be fixed.

Just chiming in to say that I have the exact same problem. I have completed the full list of GOG achievements and yet in my case show only 92% completion. I've played the game and the DLCs many times to completion, getting all endings in both main game and the DLCs, and doing all quests.

Fed up, I even asked GOG to reset all game data so, in case I'd somehow bugged my game, I could start over, but they said they could not provide this service (WTF?).

Only hope now is for GOG to get off their thumb and maybe, say, attend to user needs for once and fix Galaxy.
