So I tried to order The Witcher 3 and the Expansion pass.

My card was rejected a number of times (I think my bank was being overzealous with security) so I tried PayPal. PayPal was rejected as well, but all of a sudden, I have been charged twice for the game, however the game is not in my library to preload (GOG doesn't think I've bought it at all). Furthermore, I've only got the one purchase receipt from PayPal.

Anyone else had a similar issue?

I've seen some threads about issues with PayPal, unfortunately I cannot provide the links.

The best way for you to solve the issue is (if you still haven't) to write to support. They must help you, they're usually quick.
