I had a problem with the chort decoction, it wasn't available to make so tried several reloads, still not avaialbl, despite a forumula being there, just not showing.

I'm now on the decoction of the grasses quest and i scroll all the way to the bottom of my alchemy formulas and it shows that there's a formula there again, but nothing I can select.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks :-)

Never mind, I've been a complete doofus! Just realised the quest formula 'tab' was minimized (>.<)
