There are several players who do not have audio in their language. We must play forced reading subtitles.
Cdprojectk promised to increase them, but only did so from the interface.
Today, it is impossible to play on a large TV over long distances.
They are tiny, and the worst thing is that Cdprojectk doesn't care about users.

Please, a patch to increase the font size does not cost that much. Today we are many who continue to play on Xbox One X. And we cannot without our eyes bleeding.

If you're playing on a console, then you're probably out of luck. For PC gamers, there are various mods available on the Witcher 3 Nexus that increase the font size or modify the font. Some examples:

Serif of Rivia (Fonts)
E3 Font Replacer

I haven't used any of these, so I can't speak to how well they work, but they do provide some alternatives if you're on a platform that is capable of making use of mods.
