Regarding all the whining like petulant children, no matter what, the PC version will look the best IF your GPU can handle it.

If your GPU is not a beast then the game will let you adjust it so your rig can run it, choices!!!

Consoles are stuck with what they are given! We on the other hand have options of tweeks!

I have a GTX 780 day one edition over clocked and I know I wont be able to run mega max (who cares about Nvidia hair thingy anyway!!)

But I bet my 2 year old GPU will spank the PS4 and XBONE version into space!!

I don't get the issue of all the posts regarding "downgrade" unless at the time of the showcase of W3 at E3 we were promised "hey guyz this is exactly how the game is going to look, if not, you can hold us to this promise"

Please let me know if this promise was made and I will stand corrected if not quit the moaning

If you expressly show something as "in-game-footage" that's a direct way of telling people that this is how the game will look.
If you show 35 minutes of game play and you don't expressly tell people "oh btw, it will probably look different on release - PLEASE don't get hyped, because you cannot count on anything you've seen thus far" then people will expect to match what they see, once they get the game themselves.

Common sense really.

Though, so far, nobody really knows. All we have is questionable youtube footage that isn't worth the compressed data stream it rode in on.
