While I'm installing the DLC, it shows the error that said

D:\Game\The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\DLC\DLC16\Content\ar.w3strings

an error occured while trying to create a file in the destination directory:
The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

I tried to repair many time, uninstalled and installed it again and again and it still cannot solves the problem.

So, I'm really need help.

Do you have any mods installed?
if not it seems like the installer is broken, I would try redownloading it.

Your D drive may have been attacked by a virus or the FAT or MFT has been corrupted.
First, try to check and fix disk errors or corrupted file systems
Use the CHKDSK command line in CMD:
1. Right click on the "Start" or "Windows" icon -> "Search" -> "Type" command prompt.
2. Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
3. Enter the following command: chkdsk / fh: -> press Enter. (Replace h: with the drive letter of the unreachable disk or drive.)
Second, back up the external drive and format it.
