Hey guys,
just got myself a new laptop and downloaded TW3.
Unfortunately, the game crashes upon start
Tried fixing it for three goddamn days now, but nothing has worked..
What I've tried:
1. Installing latest driver (431.60)
2. Clearing driver and Geforce experience with DDU - Re-installing (clean install) older and latest driver (anything older than 430. wont install on my windows)
3. Verified game via GoG
4. Re-installing the game
5. Disabled GoG-Overlay
6. Launching as admin
7. Got no Duet DIsplay installed

I think there's a problem with the GPU, since the game starts perfectly with the Intel UHD Graphics 630
(When I disable the RTX2070 or delete driver)

Specs: ASUS Rog Strix 3
Win10-Homex64
RTX 2070
Intel i9-9880h
16GB Ram
512gbSSD 1tbHDD

Please do your magic, dear community - I want to play that game so bad

Try to install and play without gog, from offline installer.

You might try to contact GOG Support if nothing helps with your problem: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us. There were some issues with 4xx drivers and The Witcher 3. I'm sure the Support will help you resolve this problem.
Hi

Well im not going to help much but here is simple solving option. First find the Red Engine Crash Log and check what it says then browse the error message and boom you have the solution.

You could try also some of the youtube fixes and so on... www.youtube.com/watch?v=-kYi_A1tb-Q something like that...

but the fist step should be to check log file (sorry i dont know the location of the file, browse it!)... and get support from red... usually is kinda driver, dll or corruption error...
