Hickory: If you have contacted support and they can't find the game registration, it may be that you bought an illegal copy. Take it up with the place you bought the CDs.

kwwillert: Hatte hier auch das Problem "Unbekannte Version", "fehlender Festplattenzugriff".
1. - Galaxy neu installiert - ohne Besserung!
2. - Spiel über Galaxy entfernt und neu installiert . ohne Besserung!
3. - Administrator Rechte gegeben - ohne Besserung!
4. - Mit GOG Downloader die Installationsdateien gezogen und installiert. Spiel läuft!!!
Offensichtlich macht Galaxy bei Witcher 3 fehlerhafte Installation.

Translation for anybody interested:

Had here also the problem "unknown version", "unable to access hard disk".

1. - Reinstalled via Galaxy - no improvement!
2. - Removed game from Galaxy and reinstalled - no improvement!
3. - Set Administrator rights - no improvement!
4. - Downloaded and installed files via GOG Downloader -- GAME WORKS !!!

Obviously, Galaxy installation is a faulty installation.
