My MacAfee Virus Protect keeps flaggeing and removing my Withcher 3.exe file telling me it found a virus, i have no idea why can someone please help shed some light on as to why????

Could be a false positive, could be something infected the executable.
Upload it to an online virusscanner:
https://virusscan.jotti.org/ (uses multiple scanners)
https://virusdesk.kaspersky.com/
https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload

Same thing just happened to me.

Before I go any further, I'd like to hear if the above online viruscans worked.

If you're also using McAfee you can be pretty sure it's a false positive.
If you're using a different scanner, I suggest you upload your version of the executable to an online scanner.
