I noticed some weird ground textures mostly on stone surfaces covered with a dirt layer , the dirt is almost floating in air sometimes on several spots in game and has a transparent texture , someone has this issue ? I tryed to reDL the files , checked them , tested on more nvidia drivers all this and no change . I also disabled all mods , BUT my question is if the save file could be corrupted ?? Because I never tested with a new game save ...

You must remove all mods, not just disable them. You must also either repair your installation (Galaxy), or uninstall/re-install with current installers (if manual).
I redownload the game , reinstalled drivers , made a clean game installation with no mods , started a new game without importing any save files and the problem is still there , I think its the game ...

It is not the game. You MUST remove, not disable, ALL mods. If you have done all of that, and uninstalled properly, then re-installed from scratch, with current version installers, then it must be your graphics card or drivers. If this is the case, try rolling back to older drivers.
Yea did that just few moments ago rolled to a older driver version same issue , I think its the game , and I cant possible think how some in game transparent ground texture are related directly to the GPU itself , I dont have issue in other games or other textures types on witcher 3 . And I will say again I did a clean witcher 3 installation to without mods or any save files applied to it ,,,

Maybe u got the issue to and didnt notice it , I see it only when I move the image down and same level with ground and I can see that dirt textures are floating a bit up in the air above the stone or other surface textures types in game ...

I found a video on youtube this guy has exactly my issue https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgEmBz6-yO4 he says thats how the game handles ground textures on some spots , I guess I am just to obsessed with this and I should ignore it , I see this issue rarely indeed but its annoying .

Oh, please! I do not have the issue, and neither do all of the thousands upon thousands of satisfied gamers. It is something on your system, NOT the game.
well ur wrong hehehe everybody have this actually I did more research , its about how the game renders the thos textures on some is noticeable and some less noticeable , I suggest you mind ur own stuff I appreciate ur help but I dont need ur help , clearly ur just a casual gamer and u would not notice such stuff in game , this issue is present on everybody game , how big is the problem again it depends .But again this not a major issue , a casual gamer would never notice it . However I said I have the same issue as that guy on video I posted but much less noticeable . Looks like walking a fking glass floor .

PS : you have no idea what you talk about when u told me its my system , when its a GPU issue than textures glitches are present in all games and I would obv notice such a issue , I have no problems with other games however ... and if it wos restricted to witcher3 only than a GPU issue would never just pick certain spots in game it would be all textures of that type ...

If that was supposed to be sarcasm, it failed... badly.
I have arrived to despense justice.
I have had a problem with textures not rendering properly, creating blobs of ground where I could sink into, or being missplaced entirely. This was an issue with Tessellation which needs to be set above x4 on AMD GPUs, solved for me by CDProjekt PC support. Regarding the soft layer of floating textures above the walkable ground, it is actually the mistake of the game artists not checking every area where they applied textures. This is understandable, regarding the huge open world of The Witcher 3. Everyone has it, unless they are blind. It's not very easy to notice, but once you do you can't unsee it.
I suppose more obvious occurencies of this issue have been fixed, while oher more minor ignored. It's definitely not a bug, but an oversight. Verifying or redownloading the game files, will do nothing to remedy that.
And that brings me to an important question. Has Hickory built up their reputation on re-posting "Verify and Redownload", all over the place, and actually insisting on that?

Try do disable overlay from galaxy, maybe it will work.
No some ppl never admit they do mistakes and are very arrogant, tihs kind of ppl must be ignored, they think are helping instead they make matters much worse.

The ground textures is how vanilla looks, thats the game engine, everybody has that issue, I have that issue on Ps4 and PC also.

99% of ppl wont notice this issues because they focus on other things than looking on muddy floors :)
After years I'm back to confirm that everyone has this floating floor!
I have it too! I tried to fix it! No success!
Besides, it's not noticeable! And nobody is interested in this stuff or seeing what the floor looks like because the story is just too great and they forget about it!

But it's still annoying!

(about Hickory) there are people like that who just don't want to accept that they're talking wrong! Maybe he's one of those people who just enjoyed the story and didn't notice the mistakes!
