Click on your name on the top of this site, then on Games, look for TW3 GOTY in your library and then the extras are on the right hand side. Or tl;dr where the offline installers are.

thank you very much,i too was expecting it will do the same thing as on other launchers aka inside respective game´s folder will be one called Extras,or Wallpapers,Compendium etc
