Hello, my game is 1.22 and I was trying to find patches to last version under my game, but all I can do is to download the whole game again. So where can I get files with patches? And no, do not tell me to install Galaxy as I will not do that. Thanks.

From what I know, you have to download and install the whole game(with last patch included).

Thanks, but that is too much hassle. One would think that CDPR will know how to hanle this.

Then you can't want to play the game very much.

1) uninstall
2) install
3) play game

How is this a hassle? Save games won't get deleted upon install, and one can backup those from documents / witcher 3 / savegames

Uninstall, Install, Install all DLC, disable those I do not want, check if I really disabled the correct ones, play the game...

I got the same issue and it is real crap to download the whole game again.
I only have a 16k WAN, it will take days to download...
