Hi, I have sync my xbox account about months back and was about to claim a free copy of the game on PC. The problem is there is no banner on the giveaway, just a banner for Gwent.

I tried contacting GOG about the ordeal and tried anything that the FAQ gave me, no help.

I feel like they unintentionally ran a promotion that was a bit misleading or something like that.

Yeah I had this exact problem too, no option to claim on Witcher 3 page from GOG Galaxy on my laptop. Just fixed it by opening up nd updating Galaxy on my main gaming PC, but I've heard completely uninstalling Galaxy then reinstalling also fixes it too. Good luck!

You need GOG Galaxy 2.0 to claim your copy of the game.

ZEXHAL: You need GOG Galaxy 2.0 to claim your copy of the game.
unless you are a ps4 owner then you can forget about claming your copy maybe gog will fix this problem before the promotion ends or maybe gog will extend the promotion but i will not hold my breath
