OK, I do know that if I start a New Game +, items in my Stash saved from the first game carry over and become available in the New Game +

However, my question is, after I finish the 2nd New Game +, would the items in my Stash saved from the fist game and the 2nd New Game +, carry over one more again and then be available for a 3rd game, which would be starting over from scratch at the beginning (much like the items in the Diablo 3 stash that are always available no matter what the game status is )?

Not a big deal, but just curious if anyone is familiar with this and experience this type of situaiton situation

Your stash is one container. It carries over on any new game plus. I don't see where the confusion is.

After i have played the Game + to its and, and wish to start a 3rd game, going back to the very beginning (zero stats), my question is do the items from my first game, and my 2nd Game + remain in the stash for a 3rd game, starting over, or, is the stash wiped clean when one starts a 3rd game from the very beginning?....

So what you are *really* saying is: "is there a New Game Plus Plus" (NG++)? No, there is not. I don't even know if the game will allow you to start a NG+ game from and NG+ game. Try it, but back up your saves first.

So your question is: Is the stash a global stash for all your savegames (new game 1, 2 and so on) or just for the one you are playing?

This is a bit frustrating that I cannot make myself clear, on this and so I guess it is my inability to articulate the issue. Let me try one more time, and it should best be answered by those who have played the game more than twice:

A A new game is started and carried to completion. Items are put in your stash.

B. Then one can start a new (2nd) Game + where the items in the stash from the first game are available. for the Game + . I am currently in a Game +, about 60% of the way thru including both DLC's. More stuff has been added to the stash.

Now...

C. If one wishses to play the Witcher 3 a 3rd time, my understanding that one must start again at the very begining with Geralt at Level 1, as in the first time you play the game, all build stats wiped clean.

Question: During that 3rd game, start-over, are the stored items in the Stash from the first 2 games also wiped clean, or, are they still there forever (as in one's personal Stash in Diablo 3)?

Your old items aren't going anywhere, they're there forever. NG to NG+ is the same character, same stash, same everything. Your old Geralt, he's still intact, with all his things, and always will be.

But you can't share those old items with your brand new Geralt. If you start another NG, well that's just another NG. That Geralt is a totally separate character from your old one. It's a TOTALLY fresh start. His stash will be empty.

What you're calling a "3rd" playthrough is actually just a brand new 1st game, as if you had never played before at all.
