You can also just use DgVoodoo2.
1. Extract into your BG folder, and then move the files out of MS/x86 up into the game folder as well.
2. Launch dgVoodooCpl.exe
3. Right click on the tabs and click "Show all sections of the configuration".
4. On the tab "GeneralExt", choose your Integer scale factor. I've got a 2560x1440 monitor, so I choose 4.
5. Launch the game in all its crisp, low-res glory.
You can also just use the "Resolution" box in the DirectX tab to scale the game, but I get green sprites that I can't disable even with the in-game options. The integer scaler looks perfect.
