I have streamed the game since I started playing. But when I glanced over every now and again the game was skipping/warping on the preview window. But in the actual game it wasn't doing it then. Is this a game issue or a Streamlabs OBS issue?

In situations like this, it's typical if the frame rate you're trying to stream is too high for your hardware, or your fps is too high ingame for your OBS to keep up.

There's no simple fix, other than trying to enable vsync ingame and setting your stream output to 720p 30 fps.

I was never able to fix it in H:ZD when I used to stream, and the effects were very similar.

EDIT: To answer your question, this is an OBS issue. And only with certain games.

I do have my output set to 720p 30fps. I have capped the in game frame rate to 60fps. I have also capped it to 60fps in the nvidia control panel. I play the game at 2560x1440. But that shouldn't really matter. As I'm not outputting at that res.

I figured as much. Because it doesn't do this in game. Unless it's the camera glitching from exiting the inventory menus, etc.
Yeah, unfortunately I just wasn't able to stream it in OBS. I had to use Gamecaster.
