Unless you can INSTALL the downloaded exe file OFFLINE then it's not DRM Free...

Valve Shills sounds like something you'd put on a house:

"We installed these valve shills onto our gutters to help control the flow of rain water during heavy storms. They do a great job at keeping our basement from flooding."

Or a band:

"Dude, the Valve Shills are playing down at The Orpheum tonight! They rock!"
