nightcraw1er.488: I would have to argue that there isn't common decency or sense. There is some compassion for the week sure, however a lot of that is driven by the moral tax brigade called charity. There is however common lowest denominators which is where stereotypes and such like come from, it one groups "decency" is another groups "freedom". And there really is no argument for "sense"!
Haha :D
I would have a hard time proving you wrong.
But I can comment that even though what ever is calling itself or being called by some others as "charity" doesn't mean it has anything to do with it, right? So this common "moral code" doesn't make it impossible that there might independently somewhere exist, maybe hidden, something that isn't just a label, even in all of us, something humane :) Just because out of a common agreement it could be said "this is the best we'll ever get out of this" doesn't really mean shit, it's just a theory...
By the way I'm thinking the reason games were the focus here (at some point at least?) was because when you start talking about sides in real life events on a global forum, it would be unreasonable to expect we'd all be agreeing here :D Even though GOG forums have otherwise been so peaceful :P
