GameRager: Even if they were somewhat sure it'd run(due to anecdotal accounts/reviews/etc) they'd still need to test it....those kind of cases would be perfect times/places to make an upcoming announcement while they tested such games themselves(if they needed more time to do so) to be legally covered.
PaterAlf's story is literally an example of exactly what I said. :P

But he did so in a much better and more concise fashion with handy charts and graphs and examples....:D

(Also I sometimes read quickly or miss context/meaning due to a post's wording, and as such such examples helps me understand a person's point better and better reply to such)
