I gave a look at upcoming releases, I'm a bit disappointed since GOG seems to going to abandon their native goal, obviously I'm talking about good old games releases... I don't see any old classic, just new releases, some will be sure hits (Wastelands 3, System Shock), and a mass of medium games (some of them could be great games, as we hope, but the majority of them are medium titles, or worse, Android/Apple conversions that will be forgotten soon).

I'm right? Or I'm missing something?

Older or classic "soon™-to-be-(re-)released" games have never been advertised in the upcoming section.

1. Most "good old games" are either released here already, or frickin difficult to get. Newer good old games (~10 years old) are mostly tied to a client and available on the publishers own stores.

2. When GOG was still (about) "Good Old Games", the upcoming tab was empty all the time. They rarely announced any upcoming classics.

Thx, there is some other section for old classic games to be released? I'm searching, its very overcrowding the community, I haven't found it!

As Swedrami said, GOG doesn't announce upcoming classic/old games. But just keep checking the new releases. Just this morning they released Warlords 1,2, and 3.
Uhm ok an thank you all, so it seems there is no public schedule for classic/old games and we must check the new releases.

^Yep.

Now if GOG would release Dungeon Master, Chaos Strikes Back and Dungeon Master 2, my wishlist would be complete :)

You are not a fan of Warlords 1-3 then?

So what are the (yet to be released) good old games for you then? Give some examples.

You could also keep an eye on this thread here:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/games_that_are_unofficially_confirmed_for_release_in_the_future_part_2/page692

Besides listing new additions in terms of developers/publishers (which in return allows for more or less accurate release predictions) and actual confirmations for future releases (mostly new games though) there's also the occasional "leak" directly hinting at impending releases of games new and old/classic.
The latest one suggests a release of John Woo's Stranglehold, for example.

You must be blind. GOG just released TODAY "Warlords I+II". These games are almost 30 years old.

They dropped the name "Good Old Games" in 2012, DRM-free is more a focus now than old games running on new machines, though obviously they still do that when they can. The main issue is that legal rights to re-release games can be a nightmare which is why so many classics are missing.

I'm very focused on old games, GOG you are advised, as example I had the same shiver as I was a child when I approached this new "toy":

Well, it isn't like there's a massive backlog of classics dating back to 1980.
