Jedi Academy has good multiplayer.
Oh, here is another vote for Worms :-) 2D silly wanton destruction mayhem.
Heroes of Might and Magic series
Spelunky
Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition I & II
Icewind Dale Enhanced Edition
Neverwinter Nights
Disciples series
Eador series
Men of War series
IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946
Terraria

You can find much more if you'll apply multiplayer/co-op filter in store/library.

Spelunky is same-system, shared-screen only (no online or LAN options). Not to say it couldn't still be a fun diversion during the party, but it's not LANable (and only supports up to 4 players anyway).
Descent Freespace is pretty decent over LAN if you have access to joysticks. Mechwarrior 4 Mercenaries is also fun if you want big stomping robots, especially if you have the MekTek mod.
We always enjoy Titan Quest Anniversary Edition and Torchlight 2 for LAN play especially if there are players of different skill levels. Easy to learn, easy to play regardless of intoxication level.
