Which complaints? I have absolutely no idea what kind of complaints there have been "since day one" for this particular game. Care to elaborate a bit?

Zimerius: The last drop seemed to be that pc owners who enjoyed the game through a streaming service found themselves playing the apparent beautiful x box version. This was followed by, i guess a huge protest on the known online protest places such as reddit or twitter maybe.
I have no idea what that means. Was it a good or bad thing that some "streaming service" (Stadia?) gamers were playing the XBox version of the game? Were they appalled or delighted when they found out they are playing the XBox version?

What were those reddit and twitter users protesting about? That the streaming service gamers shouldn't be playing the XBox version?

What does that have to do with the 16GB patch? Streaming gamers don't have to download any patches.

Is what a good thing? That streaming service gamers are playing XBox versions of games, or that games receive huge updates?

If the latter, I guess it depends what that update contains. If it is critical fixes, then yay! If it is just some stupid fluff that no one cares about, then it is a rather meh update, I guess.

I read that sentence ten times, and I still don't understand what it means. What power? What format? As little power as possible...?
