ZSP: Anybody tried to contact with support about permanent delete game recent time? I wrote to support and receive answer that need wait about 4 weeks for consideration of my ticket. Looks like I will never receive answer :(
I tried a few weeks ago as well, haven't really received an answer. They're probably so over-burdened with Cyberpunk refunds that they don't even consider such an unusual request.

Somehow I think it's not so out of the ordinary. People just have a compulsive need to keep things tidy, whatever that means for them.

Good to hear, maybe I'm not as insane then as I thought :-)
For me it's mostly that I would like to get rid of some freebies which I have decided I'm never going to play, they're just cluttering up my "collection".
Nvm, morolf mentioned that already.

I solved analogical requests in other stores using special option or writing to support. It was taken as a completely normal request. I hope in GOG will help me too.

A few weeks later.
Support answer me that no clean way to remove game from my library. This is sad. Why not give user ability to control his library like in Steam, Origin or Epic?

Why would anybody want to remove a game from acc?

I agree with you - it seems like yet another thing that would just add workload to an overstretched support team - like those people wanting to reset achievements on accounts and things like that.

The only thing I would want to remove would be the game demos (I have 25 I believe), but the hide function works just as well (as it removes them from the total game count) so I don't have to bother the support team with it.

MischiefMaker: Demos.
In the event you buy the game, the demo should either automatically be removed (since you can get it again anyways for free.... assuming it wasn't removed from the store).

But yes demos is an excellent example.

Recently i moved a bunch of games to my hidden block. Most of Ultima, older games i will likely never touch, we're talking MS-DOS 90's or earlier ones, Police Quest, alone in the dark, blake stone, creatures, D&D archived games, Tombraider 1-3, etc. games that i am unlikely to ever touch at this point and i only have them for my collection of old.
