How can I permanently delate a game from my library?

You can only hide it. If you really want to delete a game, you'll have to ask the support.

Yeah, go with hide... While there's some games i don't like in my library, hiding them gets them out.

It doesn't hurt to leave it there though does it. I mean half the games in my library don't really interest me (freebies and such like over the years), am not going to delete however.

I removed some games permanent from my account last year, so I feel I wanna add an important note about permanent delete a game from your library. The only way is to ask the support to do this, and they will help you. However, really worth mention is that can only remove orders, meaning that if you want to delete game X but when you bought it you also bought one or more games in the same order, ALL games in that order will be removed.

I'm still puzzled as to why.

Presumably it can come out of alpha/beta stage one day, and it may even be a good game then (whatever the game is).

I would wait at least until when the game is officially finished to decide whether to keep it or remove it. Then again, it's not like it's doing you any harm when you keep it in the shelf, so why worry about it?

In fact, keeping it there might even be beneficial, as in some form of sales, mystery games and such, it won't be the mystery game that you receive, if you already own it.

Like PaterAlf already said, if hiding is not enough for you simply contact support - they will do this in most cases.

"Steamie" does allow the user to delete games from the library since not so long ago.

Yeah, I'd kinda like to clear that Shadwen demo out of there, but hiding it is pretty much just gonna have to suffice.

Anybody tried to contact with support about permanent delete game recent time? I wrote to support and receive answer that need wait about 4 weeks for consideration of my ticket. Looks like I will never receive answer :(
