Could someone explain what's the difference between Secret Elves and Helper Elves?

As a Secret Elf, you give an extra gift to some Santa - either chosen by yourself or randomly drawn by me. As a Helper Elf you might be asked for help, to step in and make a gift for a giftee whose Santa wasn't able to deliver the gift.

Both roles are completely volountary and can be mixed, so you can be both Santa and Elf or a Santa/Elf only.
