"The feisty writer, editor and publisher was responsible for such iconic characters as Spider-Man, the X-Men, Thor, Iron Man, Black Panther and the Fantastic Four — 'nuff said. "

Just saw this. :(

I was never a huge comic book fan but he was undoubtedly a legend and I have been enjoying the movie and TV adaptations (including his various cameos).

RIP
Legends don't die.

Stan Lee will still be here long after people like ourselves are gone.
He'll still be making cameos 10 years from now. >.> Even if it has to be "Weekend at Bernie's" style.
Damn, I was waiting for him to show up at the end of the Marvel movies to say that he was the One Above All...

RIP Stan Lee, you will be missed.
The legend departs :(
damn that is sad sad news.

His digital likeness made a brief cameo (just like the ones he did in movies) in the recent Spider-Man PS4 game. I would be kind of surprised if his death stopped that from happening in similar, future Marvel games.
Whether it'll happen in live-action movies, I wouldn't care to guess.

But even if they had cynically pre-recorded a seroes of appearances, it would be much less touching than it's been so far, seeing him merrily, consciously, included, and participating, in the popular cinematic universe.

Just type Stan Lee into Google. You'll see plenty.

Wait, was his last cameo Teen Titans Go to the Movies? A DC movie? That would be hilarious!
