DCG83: Life is Feudal: Forest Village

Tested on Windows 7.
Is that actually any good?

It reminds me a lot of Banished which I loved. You have to keep in mind that it's an early access title and therefore it's still a little bit rough around the edges, lots of bugs and missing features. But all in all it has a lot of potential and it could turn out to be a Banished 2.0 (1.5 at the moment).

Jonathan_The_Gamer: The following games are working without Steam (or Steam disabled by renaming Steam.exe)
Steam_api.dll is required if it is present.

Mahluk Dark Demon
Mibibli's Quest
Risky's Revenge
Verdict Quilty
Until I Have You
Steredenn

Win7 and 10

Does someone know if "Axiom Verge" works without Steam? I tried a few thinks, but maybe I missed something.

MarkoH01: I don't own the game so I cannot test myself - but have you tried the steam_appid.txt file trick? (Search for the steam app id and insert it into a file steam_appid.txt which has to be in the game directory. No need to try this however if it is already present).
Yes I tried, to bad it did'nt work :-(
Project Highrise

Tested on Windows 7.

Make sure Steam is uninstalled or rename Steam.exe to prevent the game from starting the client. When the Steam client is not found it says "Steam Client not found! Please restart this game via Steam." in the lower right hand corner of the main menu. But other than that it seems to function properly.

Edit:

Kingdom: New Lands

Tested on Windows 7 as well.

Did anyone test Titan Quest Anniversary Edition during that time for DRM-freeness?

I know someone I can ask. Will do so.
Tested on Win 10.

Apartment 666
Californium
Momento Temporis: Light from the Deep
Groovy
Remnants of a Beautiful Day
Robot Roller-Derby Disco Dodgeball
Stories of Bethem Full Moon Edition - Says "Error - Steam Client Required" in the menu. Seems to work anyway. Played the intro and saved, could load my save.

Just tried it on Windows 7. It will refuse to launch without the Steam client.

So either I wait for GOG Connect to have it, or just use Smart Steam Emulator already...hmm.
Holy crap, awesome finds, guys! I'm going to update the list soon. Also adding Styx: Master of Shadows to the list while I'm at it.

EDIT: Okay, we're all updated again!

What could possibly go wrong?
A Wizard's Lizard
Black Moon Chronicles
Moto Racer Collection

Funnily enough, Black Moon Chronicles and Moto Racer Collection wouldn't run via the Steam client at all.

Tested on Windows 7.
